To make the process as straightforward as possible, you can return any unused item purchased on our site (unless otherwise specified in the product description) within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Defective products can be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty, either with the original item or, if unavailable, a similar substitute. This is all part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage, and we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

– Eastern United States: Delivered in 5-8 business days.  

– Western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Delivered in 10-14 business days.  

– All standard shipping orders are handled by the United States Postal Service and can be sent to PO/APO/FPO addresses.

 

**Expedited Shipping**  

– Western United States: Delivered in 3-5 business days.  

– To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 4:15 PM (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders are also shipped via the United States Postal Service.

 

**Special Exceptions**  

Please note that carriers do not deliver on holidays. While we strive to account for holidays when estimating delivery dates, we cannot predict unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping issues, or other factors.

 

**UPS 2-Day Shipping**  

– Available for delivery within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories in 2 business days.  

– Orders placed after the 4:15 PM (ET) cutoff or on non-business days will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday, with expected delivery by Wednesday.
